About This Role: Associate Director, Data Science and AI - Marketing Mix and Resource Optimization, holds a crucial position within our Data Science team, spearheading the creation of cutting-edge modeling solutions that facilitate strategic business decisions across Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Access. In this role, you will lead impactful data science projects focusing on marketing mix optimization, machine learning-based personalization, and strategies to enhance field force effectiveness. As a key contributor, you will drive initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data outputs are not only actionable and accurate but also scalable and aligned with brand priorities. Your role as a thought partner to commercial leadership will involve advocating for the use of data and AI to deliver substantial business value. You will fit into our business structure as an integral part of the team, contributing to the growth and innovation of our data-driven strategies. What You'll Do:

Job Level: Management Additional Information The base compensation range for this role is: $170,000.00-$233,750.00 Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
